If you have consigned WINTER ITEMS (skis, snowpants, snowboard boots, etc) at Gear Hut this season.... check your consignor account to see if they have sold!
If they have, wahoooo! Give us a call to request a check, or swing by the shop for a shopping spree where your account balance goes 10% further. If they haven't... check out our flow chart below! In the past, we would audit our racks and email a personal pick up notice to every consignor with "winter items" left on the shelf at the end of the season... but with over 3,000 consignors, that's not a manual task we can take on any more. So we're putting a little responsibility on you (like most gear shops do!). Calculate your PICK UP WINDOW based on your end goal for your gear: If you do NOT want your items in the End of Season Sale: you can SCHEDULE your pick up date with us online to streamline the pick up process!
Essentially, if your item is still here on March 1, it will be impacted by our End of Season Sale. And if your item is still here on April 1, it will get transferred to shop inventory OR donated. With these pick up windows and the sale... the goal is that our seasonal transition of the space will go a lot smoother in preparing for Spring!! SCHEDULE your PICK UP if you do NOT want your item in our End of Season SALE! It'll help us streamline your pickup process!
